Jason Jacobeit has served as Bâtard’s Wine Director since it’s opening in 2014. He has expertly overseen the Burgundy-focused wine program’s ascent to one of the deepest and most diverse in America. A Chicago native, Jason’s career includes stops in Wisconsin and Vermont, before joining the Myriad Restaurant Group in 2012. Consistent with his love of Burgundy, Jason is also Managing Partner of Somm Cellars Wine & Spirits on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. On days off, he can be found running in Central Park, apologizing for his rambunctious dog’s behavior, and consuming vast quantities of Chablis.
