Sway Quinto has been at Batard since January 2017. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, cooking has always been part of Sway’s life-- learning to cook from observing his mother, aunt and uncle from a young age. Deciding he was going to be a chef at age 18, Sway has worked in kitchens for the past 12 years learning from passionate chefs who care about the craft. Before joining the Batard team, Sway worked for Chef Shaun Hergatt at Juni, and spent time in London, exploring the culinary scene there. On his day off, Sway can be found enjoying a glass of good whiskey and a cigar.
